Wake up Call batch 2!
Discover the Superpower of Mindful Living -
A New and Improved Course

Do you sometimes feel like you are on automatic pilot?
Or perhaps that there is something missing from your life for you to be truly happy?
Do you wish your relationships were more harmonious, and your days more easeful?
Then you will probably want to take this course!
The term Mindfulness gets thrown a lot lately. But what is it really?
According to Mindful.org, “Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.”
So why is this important for me?
When we practice being fully present for ourselves and others, we start to unlock our own personal power, our Mindful Superpower!
This course consists in six two-hours sessions spread out over six weeks. You will be with a group of people who, like yourself, are eager to take this exciting journey of self-discovery. Your facilitator, Windy Gancayco, a Shamanic Reiki master-Teacher and Yoga instructor, will hold space for you in the safe and nurturing environment of the Gassho Center for Healing Arts, conveniently located in Mabolo, five minutes from Ayala Center in Cebu.
Course dates: 12 July to 16 August 2018
Every Thursday from 7 – 9 pm

In praise of Wake Up Call

“This course has helped me be mindful of every minute of every day. It made me stop thinking too much into the future and to focus on the NOW – the present (…) It has helped me love myself more and appreciate myself more. No one else can do that for me but me. I am in charge of my emotions so it is up to me how I react to people and situations. Thank you, Windy for having this course available at the Gassho Center…
more power to you.”

“I enjoyed every class for different reasons. I especially liked thinking about gratitude and the homework activity we did… There are tools we can use daily to enable life to be better. I also learned how interesting it was to discuss abstract thoughts and memories with total strangers. Thanks – it was a great experience.”
